Lamination of Photovoltaic Modules

Techplas non-stick sheets and belts can be used in the lamination process of flexible or rigid photovoltaic modules. This is because of their superb release qualities in high temperatures, high strength properties giving this product a long lifeline and their excellent mechanical stability.

Conveying Panel Components

When a solar cell or wafer is produced, they are soldered together in a series to form a string; strings are used to join these cells together. This process will usually take place on conveyor belts, the belts are often perforated to allow cells to be held in place securely with a vacuum system when the stringers are being attached.
